Who Can Claim the Warranty?

Starting in 2025, the extended warranty can be claimed up to 60 days after purchase. And for those who recently invested in new EVE Audio monitors—you’re covered too! All EVE users who purchased speakers in 2024 can register for the extended warranty until the end of February 2025.

This extended warranty offers greater peace of mind, ensuring that your monitors are fully covered for an extended period, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: creating incredible sound.

To upgrade your warranty, simply log into “My EVE Area” on EVE Audio’s website and register eligible products to automatically extend the warranty to 5 years. Additionally, customers will benefit from prioritized tech support and have the chance to submit images of their studio or setup to qualify as an Official BeliEVEr.
